Nicola’s mission is to connect thousands of entrepreneurs so together they can create a huge positive impact by growing their own businesses.

Nicola Peake, 44, from Bridgnorth, is an entrepreneur who has built a life she loves, focusing on people, connection, and luxury experiences.

After leaving corporate life with nice cars, big bonuses and luxury entertainment, due to a toxic situation, then running a 20K a month business from home which ended up making her miserable, Nicola realised that she craved connection and community and that without these two things, money meant nothing.

Running a business where she was alone the majority of the time made her feel isolated, and was in huge contrast to what she’d loved during her career – working with, and helping people.

She realised the importance of community and connection, leading her to create Peakes Private Members Club, a thriving community for business owners.

About Apley Estate.

Apley Estate consists of 8,500 acres of land and approximately 300 residential, commercial and agricultural properties located closely to the historic market town of Bridgnorth in the beautiful county of Shropshire. Shropshire is one of England’s few remaining rural idylls, and a county with a rich historical, architectural, geological and botanical past.

Apley Estate has been present since the Domesday Book and it’s longstanding relationship with the land, waterways and it’s people have given us a unique perspective as trusted custodians over the land, property, and communities within its boundaries.

The Estate is still in the ownership of descendants of the family who purchased it in 1868 and have three generations of the Hamilton family, a board of trustees and a dedicated team of specialist employees who are committed to its sustainable future.

That’s why we have curated a variety of food and drink options to cater to all tastes and dietary requirements.

Our Peakes Luxury Bar will be serving a selection of fine wines, craft beers, and creative cocktails, perfect for unwinding after a day of learning and networking. Alcohol will be served from 5:30 PM, so you can relax and enjoy the evening entertainment. Water stations will be available throughout the site for you to refill your bottles and stay hydrated.

We aim to cover all dietary needs and preferences, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their meals comfortably. Please note that no outside food and drink are allowed on the festival site except in the case of young children or those with specific dietary requirements. Plus glass bottles are prohibited for safety reasons.

How can I book an accessible ticket?

We offer a 2 for 1 ticket scheme for accessible customers, enabling them to bring a carer/companion along at no additional cost.

All tickets types are available on this page, and you will also choose to add a mobility scooter to your ticket, if this would help.

The parking is close by to the event and all the areas are within short walking distance of one another.

Please choose the Accessible Ticket option to ensure you receive your free carer’s ticket.

When purchasing an accessible ticket, proof of disability will be required and can be sent to us via email HERE (details will also be sent to you after purchase).

In the event that the proof is not provided one week prior to Peakefest, we will void the free carers ticket and invoice you for the second adult space.

How do I hire a mobility scooter?

All Mobility scooters must be pre-booked and you keep hold of them until you leave Peakefest. These will not be available on the day to hire.

How do I reserve any of the workshops?

There is no need to reserve any of the workshops, as they’re all included within the cost of your Peakefest Ticket!

 

I have a food allergy or specific requirements, what do I do?

Don’t worry, we have an array of different food including vegan and vegetarian options.

 

Can I bring a reusable water bottle?

Absolutely! We encourage the promotion of no single use plastic, so if you have a refill bottle, you can take advantage of our fresh water refill station.

 

Is there camping / glamping at the festival?

Yes! You will have a variety of camping options to choose from – camping site, glamping tent, or bringing your own campervan. All overnight camping options are shown above.

Camping tickets include arrival from 12pm on Friday, and access to the site where we will hold the pre-party at 4pm.

Are there any age restrictions?

There are no age restrictions. This is a family-friendly festival, but everyone must have a valid ticket.

Please note that children must be supervised at all times and there are no creche facilities available.

Can I hire a pulley / trolley?

Unfortunately, we won’t be hiring trolleys at the festival. After researching costs, due to the small size of the festival, the costs to pass on to you would be excessive.

You are more than welcome to bring your own, and these can be found on Amazon for a really cost-effective amount.

There are no long walks in between the car park and the camping area, but it is on grass.

There will be a more accessible access point for those who need to be closer.

What entertainment will there be for children?

There will be an area for kids under 13s. A gaming truck for teens. There is a small play area on site. We have an eco friendly glitter team on site who will also be running some fun games.

There is no specific stage entertainment as this is a business festival.

All under 18’s must be supervised by an adult throughout the festival.

There are no creche facilities on site.

How do I get to the festival?

Peakefest is being held at Apley Estate, Norton, Shifnal, Shropshire, TF11 9E. For directions click here.

Can we bring our own food along?

External food is only permitted on-site in the case of young children or those with specific dietary requirements.

Can I attend both days?

Of course! Your Peakefest Ticket covers entry to the festival on both days.

If you are camping, you will also be able to join the pre-party on Friday evening.

Are dogs allowed?

Only assistance dogs are allowed on site. No other furry friends are allowed. This is a business festival with workshops. Therefore, this is not suitable for dogs.

How accessible are the toilets & showers?

Accessible showers and toilets in campsites and toilets are in the main arena, away from main toilets, so they don’t get used by others.

If I want to take part in any of the wellbeing sessions, do I need to bring my own mat?

Yes, please bring with you your own mat is you wish to attend the wellbeing sessions!

Do you serve alcohol at the festival?

Alcohol will be available for purchase at the festival. During the day, no alcohol will be served until 6pm. The bar will be open providing non-alcoholic options. We have also ensured that we have good tea and coffee stations on site.

No alcohol can be brought into the festival.

You are advised to bring an empty reusable bottle which can be replenished at the water station points on site. There will also be other soft drinks to purchase at the festival, and dedicated kids’ drinks.

Is the festival indoors?

Although this Festival is outdoors, all of our workshops, speakers and exhibition stands are inside luxury heated areas.

What time is the festival?

Camping ticket holders can arrive from 12pm on Friday 27th September.

Friday Pre-Party 4pm – open to everyone.

Saturday & Sunday commence at 8am.

Must leave site before 10am.

Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned after issue.

If you are paying monthly for your ticket, cancellations are not accepted and full payment must be made.

There are no refunds on any campervan pitches or glamping pod bookings.

The right of admission is reserved.

No alcohol is allowed on to the festival site.

Licensed bars are available.

No glass bottles or cans shall be brought onto the site.

No dogs are allowed in the arena (except guide dogs).

No professional recording or filming equipment shall be brought onto the site.

Unaccompanied children / youths under 16 will not be allowed access.

No bbqs, lanterns, or tables shall be brought onto the site.

Blankets, picnic chairs, rugs and similar ground coverings can be brought onto the site.

The festival organisers reserve the right to vary the advertised programme or in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance without being liable to pay compensation or refund tickets.

If you are paying for your ticket on a monthly basis, all payments need to be made before the ticket is live. Any failure to maintain your payments will void your ticket purchase. No refunds will be issued once you have entered into a payment agreement and all payments must be made even if you are unable to attend.
