Here at PeakeFest, it’s of utmost importance to us that our business festival is as inclusive and diverse as possible. We want everyone to feel valued and safe, and pride ourselves on making the event as accessible as possible.

Accessibility

There will be dedicated accessibility parking at the venue.

One Carer Ticket will be available to purchase for £150 per ticket holder.

There are lifts and escalators to the venue space.

The whole event space is together on one level, including all Stages, Workshop Areas, Sensory Space, Wellbeing, Expo, Food and toilets.

A Specific Sensory Space will be available throughout the event.

Community Conduct Policy

At PeakeFest, we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. We value diversity and uphold the highest standards of respect and dignity in all our interactions.

To ensure that all participants—regardless of gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion—feel safe and respected, we strictly prohibit any form of harassment or disrespectful behavior.

Any conduct or language directed at individuals or groups that is discriminatory, harassing, or harmful will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate removal from the event without refund and may result in a ban from future events. We reserve the right to take any further action deemed necessary to maintain a welcoming and respectful atmosphere.

By participating in this event, you agree to abide by these guidelines and help promote a safe, inclusive environment for all attendees. If you experience or witness behavior that contravenes our community standards, please report it immediately to our event staff.

We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to these principles.

Sensory Space

There will be a separate space for you to use if you want to get away from the main areas. This will be available throughout the whole event.

Carers Ticket Available

 

If you require a carer to attend PeakeFest with you, we have Carer Tickets available for £150. Please ensure you add one to your basket along with your chosen ticket option at checkout.

  • Lunch provided on both days

🚨 Please note: This ticket does not include access to the Speakers’ Dinner. If you are purchasing an Exclusive Access Ticket for yourself and need your carer to attend the dinner, please email hello@peakefest.co.uk so we can assist you.
