Sexual Wellness: An Introduction To Sexual Exploration

As busy entrepreneurs, juggling so many balls in the air ALL of the time, we often neglect selfcare and our own needs come bottom of the list. Even IF we get to the list of selfcare activities, sexual fulfilment is often at the very bottom. Because we’re exhausted, too tired, don’t have time and it’s more hassle than it’s worth. Right? 

What we overlook is how important all those lovely juicy chemicals created by sexual activities are! Sexy time can be as beneficial to our wellbeing as good sleep, good nutrition and exercise.

In this workshop, we will talk about this in more detail and also explain and explore many different elements of sex, kink and self love and open up to all sorts of new possibilities. My workshops are a safe space, free of judgement. You won’t be expected to share anything and it’s structured in a way that your own reflections are entirely yours.
